Deposit,cancellation policy and refund

Winter
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. For any cancellation there is a $57.50 administration fee but will be credited for a future stay. For a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the only penalty is the administration fee. If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before arrival,, fees equivalent to the cost of 1 night stay plus taxes  will be retained and the balance of the deposit will be credited to your account for a next visit within one year. For cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded for a no-show.

Summer
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. No charge for cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to arrival. For cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will not be refunded but may be used for another stay within one year. The deposit will not be refunded for a no-show.

Golf
No refund for cancellation of a staring time made less than 48 hours before playing time or in case of bad weather.

 

Security and responsabilities

Since all units are private property, an inventory is taken before and after each occupancy. Guests are responsible for phone calls, long distance calls, furniture and the tidiness of the unit during their stay. A $200 security deposit or the imprint of a credit card will be required on arrival and destroyed within 24 hours after departure. If your condominium requires additional cleaning due to excessive dirtiness, there will be a charge. Check-out time is noon. There will be a charge of $57.50 for non-respect of departure time.
